How I work

My belief is that everyone has the ability to improve their mental health.

I’m Audrey, and I help young adults and adults just like you: ones that have it within them to feel less stressed and thriving, but just need the support to get there.

I help my clients find ways to be carefree. and confident by equipping them with the tools they need to better understand their stressors, and how to keep anxiety at bay.

Many of today’s solutions for anxiety and stress are one-size-fits-all, leading so many to feel like they’re not making real progress. I know that your circumstances are unique, so every step we take is tailored to you and always with an end goal in mind.

First, we examine your habits and thinking patterns that are causing struggles with big life changes, stress and anxiety. Then, we will develop tools to help you to set boundaries with yourself and others, ways to manage stress, and anxiety that will be most effective for you. Through our work together, you’ll be equipped with the skills and confidence you need to navigate anxious thoughts and the inevitable curve balls life throws at us. 

I get it because my experience as a special education teacher, school counselor and college mental health therapist has given me 10+ years of experience with people just like you. I know that at times you feel overwhelmed and uncertain about how to manage your current stressors. So when we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist. You’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through.
